How do you move a pool table with a three piece slate. Need step by step directions and difficulty?

C H asked: I have three piece slate table want to take out the slate and move the table and did not know how long this will take of how difficult it is. Especially when removing the felt. How to remove and re-glue. Not sure of the options, but do know that I prefer to do it my self and not hire it out.
